As the OIG Guidance recognizes, however, the implementation of such a program cannot guarantee that improper employee conduct will be entirely eliminated. It is our expectation that all Merz employees will comply with the CCP and the policies established in support of the CCP. It is our further expectation that Merz employees who interact with California HCPs will comply with the specific California Compliance Policy as well as the laws, regulations, and policies applicable to such interactions.
